Research Focus

In terms of research, the Junior Professorship covers various topics at the interface between strategy and business ethics. Particular attention is paid to the following phenomena: Social entrepreneurship, sustainabille organizing, democratic approaches to organization and inter-organizational cooperation. Practical theoretical approaches such as strategy as practice are combined with the perspective of integrative business ethics.
