Highlights from Health Day 2025

Under the motto 'Fit from within: mindful eating for a healthier you', the Health Day on May 21 offered a wide range of opportunities to find out all about healthy eating and actively try it out.
On this day, we were able to inspire around 600 employees and students with our wide range of offers and can look back on an extremely successful event.

The interesting lectures on intestinal health and “What the body really needs” were particularly popular. The exercise break against shoulder and neck pain and the exciting exercise taster courses were also very popular.  A large number of the lectures were once again broadcast digitally this year to give even more people the opportunity to take part in the Health Day.
