Conflict guides wanted - application deadline extended!

At TU Dresden, there are currently four volunteer Conflict Guides on duty to lend employees a sympathetic ear in the event of a conflict. "Confidential, collegial counseling can help employees to actively address and successfully manage conflicts," says Maxi Paulus, a psychologist in the Health Service Unit, "plus Conflict Guides can learn a lot from their responsible work. So we are excited to welcome new team members."
