Conflict management - resolving disagreements constructively
On May 7, 2024, HTW Dresden is offering a workshop on conflict management, which is also open to TU Dresden students.
Career starters in all sectors always face a particular challenge: they have to fit into existing teams and adapt to unfamiliar structures. Misunderstandings and disagreements can quickly arise, especially in the early stages of a career, which can put a strain on the atmosphere and severely affect the well-being of those involved. Students are also often confronted with conflicts, where divergent views or different interests usually play a role. This training provides you with strategies and techniques that will help you to better understand your own part in conflicts and to recognize and defuse them in good time.
The workshop will be held in German.
