We show what makes up a healthy nutrition and explain why it is so important for us. We'll also give you everyday tips and tricks that will support and motivate you on your journey to healthy eating.

In our interactive online seminar, we present simple, healthy and varied recipe ideas as well as practical tips for your everyday life. Be inspired by our delicious recipes. You will be surprised how tasty and varied a healthy diet can be! So you are guaranteed a healthy start to the new year!

60 minutes - Theory & practice via Zoom - The two workshops are identical in content.
