When and where?

• November 4, from 6 to 8 pm in German
• January 13, from 5 to 7 pm in English
• digitally as an online forum: You will receive the link to the event after you have registered for the forum.

What exactly is it about?

In this event you can expect exciting facts and figures about your mental well-being during your studies. You will have the opportunity to learn about warning signs of mental health crises and question prejudices. Together we want to find out who and what can help you to strengthen yourself. We will also introduce you to support services directly at the university so that you know where you can find support.

Bring your questions with you! This is the opportunity to ask everything you've ever wanted to know about mental health.
