Health management
University Health Management was established to maintain and promote the long-term health and capability of staff and students. Under the leadership of Occupational Health Services, University Health Management combines numerous health services and measures in line with the motto “Together: Fit - Healthy - Productive.” We have a particular focus on the creation and preservation of healthy working, teaching and research conditions as well as the integration of all employees and students.

Your health is important to us
University Health Management strives to continue TU Dresden’s development towards a healthy university.
This includes promoting healthy workplaces and environments as well as accessible and environmentally friendly campus design, work and study spaces, and learning and teaching materials.
We also have organizational health in mind. Equal opportunities, work-life balance, healthy leadership, healthy work organization, appreciation, conflict management and change management are also all integral elements of a healthy university.
By fostering health on an individual basis, we support personal resources and the maintenance of good health. Our four main areas of activity are preventive medical care, sport and nutrition, mental health and returning to work after illness.
