Prof. Guenther and his team deliver consulting services for mid-sized firms and non-for-profit institutions in redesigning their finance and accounting systems and in reconfigurating management control systems. Following the coaching approach, we not only develop new tools or concepts of management control, but also support implementation and adoption to enable successful usage. In addition Prof. Guenther acts as an expert in designing and in assessing economic consequences of laws and directives. For example, he was engaged as an advising expert to determine cost per student of private schools and on the design and consequences of investment fees for retirement homes.
