Afternoon Team Building at the Bowling Alley

Following the field trip to Landeskrone as part of the FENIX project (more about that here), the department took the opportunity to round off the day with a relaxed team-building event at the bowling alley.

To that end, the department first met for a group bowling session, where the focus was on socialising, having a good time and enjoying Nikolas’s cake, as well as showing a bit of competitive spirit.

Afterwards, the team finished off the evening with a meal together in Görlitz’s Old Town. In a relaxed atmosphere, there was an opportunity to have personal conversations away from the daily work routine. Such joint activities strengthen team cohesion and create space for new ideas and a pleasant team culture.
