Connected - grateful - curious
These were some of the concluding words of the team workshop the Kanske Lab attended past Thursday. The workshop was offered by the Graduate Academy of the TU Dresden and aimed to provide dedicated space for discussing our lab strucutre, communication strategies, potential for conflict and strategies for conflict resolution. It was especially important to reflect on possible needs that might have come with the incredible number of new lab members within the past year. 
We could come up with many ideas on how to ensure good communication and connection within out large team and are now are excited to get to the most important part: the implementation
