New article on the interplay between mentalising, empathy and prosocial behaviour

A new article on the interplay between mentalising, empathy, and prosocial behaviour by Konrad Lehmann, Philipp Kanske, and colleagues (2022) has been published in the journal Scientific Reports. The authors replicated the finding that empathy induction leads to more prosocial behaviour. In addition, they found that correctly inferred mental states (compared to incorrect inferences) also led to more prosocial behaviour.
