During “Health Week” from November 22 to 24, the University Health Management, in cooperation with both its internal and external parties, has a number of things on offer to support your health,  online and on campus.

You can familiarize yourself with current topics of healthy work and personal health during the numerous workshops. There are also occasional places for individual consultations and checks.

The program is rounded off by taster courses on the topics of mindfulness, exercise and relaxation. For employees, participation is considered company time.
