Pexip

The communication platform Pexip is always the first choice when the exchange in the group is in the foreground. Here, a very high quality of the video and audio is guaranteed. A presentation can be transmitted in parallel to support the conversation.

Adobe Connect

Adobe Connect is the DFN-Vereins (German National Research and Education Network) tool designed for online teaching. It is excellent for collaborative distributed work or learning as well as large-scale lectures. With this web conferencing platform, sophisticated virtual seminars can be implemented within DFNconf, especially in the e-learning area.

Framework contracts

Within the DFNconf service, DFN-Verein (German National Research and Education Network) also offers uncomplicated access to additional services. Each institution can choose from the eight services on the basis of framework agreements to meet its own individual needs.

DFNconf: Overview

The DFNconf service consists of two sub-offers: Pexip and Adobe Connect.

The central components of the services are managed centrally, and the trained contact persons can be found at each individual institution. In principle, they are the first point of contact for problems and questions.
