WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

Integrale is student-organized and has set itself the goal of making diverse student involvement visible, promoting student participation in university culture, focusing on interdisciplinary thinking and making campus life more diverse overall. We would like to give you the opportunity to gain experience beyond your personal study cosmos and to engage in interdisciplinary discourse on socially relevant topics and to get to know interdisciplinary thinking and working and generate added value from it.

FROM 1998 TO TODAY: BY STUDENTS FOR STUDENTS

It all began in 1998 with the desire to create transparent structures in the studium generale. Nine students from different departments founded Integrale, the student Institute for studium generale. We are still a working group of the Student Council today. The consequence of this was the semesterly printing of the course catalog for the studium generale offer, in which all interdisciplinary open courses offered at TU Dresden are compiled. You can now only find the course catalog online, but we still compile all interdisciplinary courses and courses that promote reflection for you.

Since the beginning, Integrale's range of offers has expanded, we now organize our own lecture series, offer service learning (reflektiert.engagiert), supervise the Citizens' University and organize the annual dies academicus. We are still student-run and are always happy to receive new suggestions and ideas from you!

HOW WE WORK AND WHAT WE OFFER

Our individual offers are organized and worked on in small groups. Integrale consists of the studium generale team, the lecture series team, the dies team and the Service-Learnig team. We also have people who take care of cooperation partners and our graphic appearance on social media and the website.
