Upload external data (not acquired at the NIC) to the XNAT.

Manage Data in the XNAT:

Step 0: Add pipelines to project (can only be done by project owners)
Step 1: Check usability of the data
Step 2: Upload presentation logs + physio recordings to XNAT
Step 3: Conversion of DICOM files to NIFTI format
Step 4: Download DICOM or NIFTI images

Important: All collected data (MRI, logfiles, etc.) should be checked for completeness by the studies within 48h after collection
