The Tandem Programme...
- provides you with your personal mentor from the business or academic world.
- offers you insights into the professional world by visiting your mentor's workplace
- offers you decision-making assistance in the choice of specialisation area(s) and career choice
- helps you to become more aware of your own abilities and potential
How does the Tandem Programme work?
Step 1
Talks with tandem coordinator Christina Schulz (selection, preparation and mentor search): approx. 1 hour
Step 2
Kick-Off (getting to know the mentor, usually on-site in the company): approx. 1.5 hours
Step 3
At least four individually arranged meetings with your personal mentor
