Research Statement
Within the Collaborative Research Centre I am interested in motivational aspects of cognitive control processes. Particularly, I am examining the influence of individual differences on effort discounting. The project aims at enhancing the prediction of individual control adjustments. Therefore, we employ behavioral and cognitive tasks, self-report, eye-tracking and neurophysiological methods, as well as computational and structural equation modeling.
