H2 Backbone: Techno-economic aspects of an environmentally friendly, competitive and secure energy supply
The project aims to provide a comprehensive scientific analysis of the European H2 backbone from a technical, economic and political perspective to provide decision support for the development of an H2 backbone. To do so, a European hydrogen market model shall be developed, considering supply, demand and infrastructure in relevant countries. The model-based analysis shall support the development of strategic perspectives and political recommendations for action.
