Winter Conference of the Scientific Commission Logistics 2024

On 19 and 20 January, 2024 the winter conference of the Scientific Commission Logistics of the German Academic Association of Business Research (VHB) took place in Kassel and was very well organized by Prof. Stefan Seuring and his team at the University of Kassel. A total of eight talks were held on various logistics topics such as the German supply chain due diligence act, maritime supply chains, collaborative vehicle routing with strategic request acceptance, network Data Envelopment Analysis in retail logistics, sociomateriality in transport, and the last mile in distribution logistics.

From the Chair of Business Administration, esp. Industrial Management at the TU Dresden, Prof. Udo Buscher, supervisor of the H2 sub-project in the Boysen-TUD Research Training Group "Coordination in hydrogen value creation networks from an actor-centered perspective", presented a joint working paper with the doctoral student of the Research Training Group Shiyu Guo, and Alexander Blume, Rilin Huang and Maria Beranek on the topic "Analyzing economic factors influencing the attractiveness of producing and using green hydrogen in a selected supply chain".
