RTG represented by doctoral students
Every second Monday from 16:40, individual institutes of TU Dresden present their work, research focus, as well as topics for theses, or available SHK positions, to the students – potential colleagues – at the DGVC event. On the 25th of October, at the event with a subtitle ,,Processing Future’’, doctoral students Stefan Heidinger (Project A2: Theoretical and experimental investigation of process boundary conditions in pulsating flows for the production of novel oxidation catalysts) and Jakub Dostál (Project A2.associated) represented, beside the Chair of Energy Process Engineering they are both members of, the Boysen-TU Dresden-Research Trainig Group.
Apart from a broad range of research projects at the Chair, the approximately 25 students were also made familiar with the Boysen-TU Dresden-RTG, especially with Cluster A (New materials for the transformation of traffic) and their investigation of flame spray pyrolysis and a pulsation reactor. The presentation was followed by several engaged questions from the students and the evening was finished with an informal get-together with some snacks and drinks.
