Pulsation Reactor Surrounding Temperature Measurement
In the Cluster A projects, measuring the flow velocity of the pulsation reactor is a very important part, and we chose the PIV method 1 to measure the flow velocity.
In the design process of the PIV system, the working temperature of the pulsation reactor will affect the safety of our components. For example, the laser should work in an environment below 40°C. Therefore, in order to know the working distance of different components, the temperature at different locations around the pulsation reactor needs to be measured in advance. After the measurement, for the working distance range from 30mm to 300mm, the maximum temperature is 127°C and the minimum temperature is 38°C. When the working distance reaches 300mm, it can meet the requirements of PIV components for working environment temperature.
