Congratulations to Christopher Ehlers on winning the Kurt Beyer Prize 2025!
With his urban planning thesis "Rudolfband - Revival of the Berlin Mix" at the Chair of Urbanism & Design, he convincingly demonstrated how sustainable and inclusive urban planning can work even under high development pressure in the center of Berlin.

Every year, the Kurt Beyer Prize honors dissertations and theses in the fields of civil engineering and architecture by students and early-career researchers at TU Dresden. The prize is sponsored by HOCHTIEF lnfrastructure GmbH, Southeast Germany branch.
