Enrollment for the winter semester - registration phases and information for SELMA

Registration for courses in the Architecture and Landscape Architecture degree programs is done through the student self-service system

For first-semester students in the Architecture Diploma program and the Bachelor’s program in Landscape Architecture, separate registration is neither required nor possible for the Winter Semester 2026/27!

Registration for master’s theses, as well as for independent and department-specific diploma theses, takes place directly with the supervising department. Deadlines are based on their specifications. Registration for the design diploma theses in Building Construction and Urban Planning, as well as the submission of preferred supervisors, must be completed in OPAL by September 10, 2026.

Some topics for the design projects and seminars will be announced in the OPAL course. The presentation of architecture topics took place in person on Friday, August 7, 2026, in ASB/120; see the Winter Semester Design and Topic Presentation.
The landscape architecture projects and topics will be presented on October 12, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m. in BZW/B301.

Please note that registration in SELMA is only possible once re-enrollment for the 2026/27 winter semester has been completed, meaning the semester fee has been paid in full.
Unless otherwise specified, all deadlines begin at 10:00 a.m. on the start date and end at 11:00 p.m. on the specified end date.
