Login to the faculty server (confirm ZIH-Login)
Basically, a stable VPN connection is first required to connect to Windows-type shares. More informations:

recommended. The instructions for the respective operating systems are described in detail.
Afterwards, the ZIH password must be activated once for use on the servers of the Faculty of Architecture.
After each password change in the IDM, the confirmation must be renewed approx. 15 min later so that the data is synchronized again.
Remote access to faculty server
All network drives of the faculty servers are accessible via Windows-like shares after establishing the VPN connection. A complete list would lead too far at this point. In case of doubt, please ask Andreas Matthus for the specific settings. Here are just a few central details:
