Successful participation of the IBK at BS2021 in Bruges
Präsentation in Brügge bei der BS2021
At the biennial BuildingSimulation conference, held this year in Bruges under the name Building Simulation 2021 (BS2021), IBK successfully presented 2 papers by Dr Andreas Nicolai and Stephan Hirth entitled:
- FMI Co-Simulation between 2D/3D component models and HVAC/control models.
- SimQuality - A novel test suite for dynamic building energy simulation tools
In addition, a workshop on the building simulation tool SIM-VICUS (link), which is currently under development, was held, where interested simulation users could get an insight into the tool and its work flow.
Furthermore, numerous contacts were made and exciting research topics were exchanged with numerous international researchers.
The next BuildingSimulation will take place in Shanghai in 2023 and we are already looking forward to the exciting research topics and the stimulating exchange on future questions about building simulation.
