CHAIR FOR FUNDAMENTALS OF DESIGN
The Chair introduces young architecture students to the basics of architectural design in their orientation year and prepares them in a targeted manner for their undergraduate studies in thematically structured lectures and exercises. We supervise and accompany students throughout their studies until they graduate. The discipline of architecture is seen as an ability and opportunity to re-read our material environment through a spatial understanding of critical reflection and perspective, and is deepened through intensive research.
