First semester
Table of contents
Hello, dear first semester students,
We, the Faculty Student Council, have put together an extensive program for the start of your studies. We want to show you, our new fellow students, the campus, university life and the city and offer you many opportunities to connect with each other. Your mentors will show you the campus in small groups and accompany you through the first week of your studies. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask us and your mentors.
We start with an unofficial welcome event and a get-to-know-you session on Monday. You can find all the information on this website.
The faculty welcome event will then take place on Tuesday. You can find all the information here.

Please bring your student ID with you. You can top it up with money in the canteens and then use it as a payment card.
It's definitely worth coming, because our campus can sometimes resemble a labyrinth.
After the campus tour, we will head to the Faculty Student Council, where we will continue with the bag sale.
After the bag sale, you are all invited to end the day with us and your new fellow students. The FSR will provide drinks and we will enjoy the newly designed green area in front of the Andreas-Schubert-Bau.

WANDERTOUR 01: Rauensteine
The hiking route starts in Wehlen and runs over the Rauensteine with a view of the Bastei on the opposite side of the Elbe.
