Research at the Chair of Structural Design focuses on cross-material subjects, located at the interface between architecture and civil engineering, and aiming at a synthesis of both disciplines' concerns. Our Research Laboratory in the Stadtgutstrasse provides the facilities to conduct a wide range of material tests and to produce large scale demonstrators.
