Usability
Mandatory module in the main course of study of the diploma program in civil engineering
Prior knowledge
The competencies to be acquired in the modules of the basic studies (BIW1-01 to BIW1-11) and Steel and Timber Construction Basics (BIW2-01) are assumed.
Course contents
Design, construction and calculation of a miter gate
The knowledge acquired in the lecture is deepened by calculation examples.
