On March 04 and 05, 2024, Prof. Ansgar Schulz will be a juror in the competition TRANSFORMATION 2023/24 Terminal Ost. New city gateway to the future quarter Lok-Viertel in Osnabrück organized by the Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft.

The Kulturkreis invited several universities and colleges to take part in the competition with students in the winter semester 2023/24. Students from TU Berlin, TU Braunschweig, BTU Cottbus, PBSA Düsseldorf, Uni Hannover and FH Münster were able to qualify and will now present their competition entries in person during the judging process.
The task of the competition was to deal with the future quarter on the former freight station site and to design a 16-storey building at the central access point between the main railway station and the future quarter.
