In the coming WS2021 / 22 a joint seminar with the Zhejiang University (China), the Kyushu University (Japan) and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Norway) will take place under the leadership of the Technische Universität Dresden. The seminar aims to use the educational platforms of the four internationally renowned universities to provide students with in-depth knowledge of the various facets of the digital urban era across cultural and socio-economic boundaries. A virtual kick-off event with participants, lecturers and organizers from the four universities will take place on Thursday, September 30th, 2021. Next to the TUD rector Prof. Staudinger, the dean and head of School of Civil and Environmental Engineering Prof. Stamm will open the seminar and welcome the participants. The opening will also be enriched by a keynote by Prof. Fitzek.
