The transdisciplinary research project ECO²SCAPE, funded by the BMBF, goes on with its work

The ECO²SCAPE project was created as part of the "Research Initiative for the Preservation of Biodiversity". In cooperation with local actors, innovative, ecologically and economically efficient measures for the conservation of biodiversity and ecosystem services are developed and scientifically supported by an interdisciplinary team. The project is based at the TUD at the professorship for model-based landscape ecology.

On October 21st and October 22nd 2021, project phase 2 will start with a kick-off event. To the delight of those taking part, the event will take place on site.
