Kurt Beyer Prize

HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH, Germany Southeast Branch and the TUD Dresden University of Technology (TUD) honor particularly outstanding scientific theses by students and early-career researchers at the TUD with the Kurt Beyer Prize.

The prize is awarded for one or two theses - dissertations, diploma and master's theses or comparable work - in the fields of civil engineering or architecture .

The theses should have been completed and defended in the period from November 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025.

HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH, Southeast Germany branch, is sponsoring this prize, which is endowed with
prize endowed with €5,000. If two works are selected by the jury as worthy of the prize, the individual amount will be halved to €2,500 each.

The Deans of the Faculties of Civil Engineering and Architecture and Landscape at the TUD are entitled to make nominations.
