Conference & Registration Fees

The following registration fees apply for every participant. They have to be paid completely before the conference. Registrations will be made online starting from 1st of February 2019.

* including: admittance to all sessions and the exhibition at the venue; conference material; coffee, tea and lunches throughout the conference; public transport ticket; tickets for the get-together event and the welcome reception (up to the capacity of the event, on a first-come first-served basis); wireless internet access at the conference; Springer proceedings online volume

A: GOR-membership is checked after registration (this category applies also for members of ÖGOR and SVOR)

B: GOR-membership is checked after registration (this category applies also for members of ÖGOR and SVOR). Studentship is verified on-site during checki-in. Please bring with you a valid student card. No check-in for the conference is possible without that. Admits student attendees to participate in the GOR-doctoral program events (up to the capacity of the events, on a first-come first-served basis)

The quoted fees are valid for payment by the usual SEPA bank transfers in compliance with the terms of payment. Lack of payment of the applicable fee after the payment period stated in the invoice authorizes the conference organizers to cancel the registration. As of September, 1st only on-site payment for all items will be possible. Cash-payment is necessary for on-site payments. A publice cash dispenser is available close to the venue.

Cancellation policy:

• if you inform us by email about your cancellation not later than 31.07.2019 then 90% of the paid amount will be refunded (in the same payment mode you used for your payment)
• if you inform us by email about your cancellation  later than 31.07.2019 then no refunding will be made
• a transfer of your registration to another person is possible at any time but must be declared by email before the on-site check-in. If necessary, an additional payment will be charged if the originally registered person belongs to another registration category with reduced fees. Deductions of fees are not possible. Full payment is necessary before the transfer of the registration becomes effective.
