Tuesday, September 3, Time: 17:30 - 22:00: Get-Together with the opportunity to pick up your conference badge and the delegate bag.

Location: Technische Universität Dresden, Gerhart-Potthoff-Building, Hettner-Straße 1-3, 01069 Dresden, entrance from Fritz-Foerster-Platz, bus stop Technische Universität (bus line 66 from Hauptbahnhof / Main Station in direction Freital or Mockritz), transfer time approx. 5 minutes.

The get-together participation is included in the registraion fee. Please indicate in your registration if you want to participate in order to help the preparations of this event.

Wednesday September 4, Time: 18:30 - 20:00: Reception by the Major of the City of Dresden.

Location: Neues Rathaus Dresden, Entrance "Goldene Pforte", Rathausplatz / Dr.-Külz-Ring, 01067 Dresden, bus stop Pirnaischer Platz (tram lines 3 &8 from conference venue stop Nürnberger Platz in direction Wilder Mann (tram line 3) and Hellerau (tram line 8), approx. transfer time 10 minutes.

Thursday September 5. Time: 19:30 - 22:30: Conference Dinner in the Taschenbergpalais.

Location: Kempinski Hotel Taschenbergpalais, Taschenberg 3, 01067 Dresden, public transport stop Postplatz, approx. transfer time 15 minutes.

The conference dinner participation requires the purchase of a conference dinner ticket for each person for an additional fee. Please select the desired number of tickets during your registration process.
