The Tharandt Talks are back! – And this year, we will SIMULATE our FUTURE!

Tharandt Talks
In simulation games, we offer participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in real-world situations from professional practice. Each player takes on the role of a stakeholder or actor in the fields of forestry and environmental sciences. Together, we aim to discuss fundamental topics and deeper ideas that may arise in similar ways later in professional life. Through these simulations, players gain insights into realistic scenarios and can develop skills in teamwork, communication, and solution-oriented thinking. Simulation games provide space for creative solutions, new perspectives, and strengthen a sense of self-efficacy.
As in last year’s Future Day, external partners will once again present themselves in the Judeich Building with information booths and contribute their practical experience to the simulation games. This offers an excellent opportunity for networking and exchange.
