In addition to the aspen processing technology (IHD, Institute of Wood Processing Technology, Dresden) and the forestry topics of the project (Chair of Silviculture, TU Dresden), the highlight of the project will be the development of the database concept for scientists and researchers in the field of forestry from Ukraine, Baltic States, Republic of Kyrgyzstan and selected CIS countries - NEW ForestS - Network on East-West-cooperation in Forest Sciences (Institute of International Forestry and Timber, TU Dresden).
