New PhD student

Marie Wimmler is a new doctoral student. Having written her master's thesis with Ronny Peters, we are delighted that she will continue to be part of our group. She will work in a project entitled "Kropotkin's Garden: Networking beats competition in the struggle for limited resources", funded by the VolkswagenStiftung. In her work she will investigate the role of natural root grafting in resource sharing among tree networks.
