We are looking for new colleagues!
We are looking for three highly motivated researchers for our new group in Computational Landscape Ecology at TU Dresden.
Position 1:
3-year full-time position as a researcher (preferably as a PostDoc) in the EU-Project BESTMAP (www.bestmap.eu): Modelling impacts of agri-environmental and climate measures on biodiversity and selected ecosystem functions
Position 2:
3-year faculty position (further extension is possible), suitable for pursuing a PhD or further qualification as a PostDoc: Studying interrelations between biodiversity and ecosystem functions/services, especially in agroecosystems
Position 3:
3-year faculty position (further extension is possible), suitable for pursuing a PhD or further qualification as a PostDoc: Application of Data Science/Artificial Intelligence to questions of landscape ecology and Earth System Sciences
The position in BESTMAP has a defined set of tasks but also leaves room for own ideas. Both faculty positions have even more freedom in terms of specific research topic, scope etc. and will allow the candidates to develop and pursue their own research interests.
The deadline for all applications is April 14.
Interviews are expected to take place between April 22 and 24. Please do not hesitate to contact Anna Cord by email or phone for more information regarding the specificities of each position.
