Research Focus

• Innovative valuation methods in real estate valuation, especially for locations with low purchase prices
• Valuation of spatial locations, structuring of land value assessment
• Contribution of land management to climate change
• Further development of the Automatic Purchase Price Collection "AKS Niedersachsen"
• Land policy instruments in prospering cities  
• Actor behaviour in land management
• Managing shrinkage and services of general interest in peripheral rural areas, looking at issues including commitment, desertification, infrastructures
• Circular economy in the urban-rural relationship
• Changes in real estate markets
