Survey of Expert Committees in Germany

In the summer of 2026, a survey was conducted among appraisal committees in Germany on the topic of “Sources for Compiling Purchase Prices.” The goal of the survey is to identify the sources used for real estate characteristics and general uncertainties. The initial results will be made available here starting September 18, 2026.
