External doctoral student Jonathan Seitz introduces himself

Dear colleagues and students,

My name is Jonathan Seitz, I have been an external doctoral student at the Chair of Land Management since January 2026 and would like to take this opportunity to briefly introduce myself.

After working in the fields of architecture and appraisal as well as dealing with the technological transformation potential in real estate valuation, I have started a doctoral project at TU Dresden. This builds on my practical experience in the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties as well as my independent research and development project "Auditir".

I am looking forward to making regular contributions to research and teaching in addition to my practical work in Cologne and to being able to jointly provide impetus for future developments.
