Holder

Mrs. Prof. Weitkamp is the holder of the Chair of Land Management at TU Dresden. The focus of research is on the advancement of methods of real estate valuation, stakeholders behavior in land management, land policy instruments in prospering cities and as well public services in rural regions.

Staff

At the Chair of Land Management are employed scientific assistants from the fields of geodesy, geography and also spatial and environmental planning and a technical assistant/secretary. In addition students assist as tutors and as scientific and undergraduate assistants in research and teaching.

The Chair of Land Management is staffed by geodesists, geographers and also spatial and environmental planners. The Holder of the chair is Prof. Dr.-Ing. Alexandra Weitkamp.

Topics of research, science and teaching are Land management, real estate valuation and spatial planning. The Chair of Land management is interdisciplinary: it provides courses in various degree programs. Possible graduations are bachelor degree, master degree and state examination.
