Currently, there are various projects on these research topics. These projects are concerned with aggregation and quantifier of different market data for real estate valuation, the influence of energetic characteristics to the price determination and valuation of properties and with spatial condition and distribution of land values. But also the efficiency of measures and models for the supply of budget rented housing in urban areas and the game-theoretic modeling of stakeholders behavior in the field of urban development are in focus of scientific investigations.
Further main interests and also older research activities are on the fields of public service of rural regions with the special focus on engagement as well as in the area circular economy especially in terms of brownfields revitalization.
