Vehicle Testing Center

The Institute of Automobile Engineering has the possibility to perform a large variety of tests and measurements for verification and validation at its own vehicle testing center, which includes a multitude of different test benches. Do you want to learn more?

Research Areas

The Chair takes pride in carrying out various studies in cooperation with industrial partners as well as in supporting several research projects. Those projects focus on the following topics:

Energy and Information Management in Motor Vehicles
Electrical/Electronic Architectures with Regard to Functional Orientation
Mechatronic Driver Assistance and Primary Safety Systems in Motor Vehicles
Diagnostics, Extended System Trial and Scrutiny of E/E Systems
