Functional Description
The TU Dresden and the Auto Mobil Forschung Dresden GmbH (AMFD) use the DEKRA Automotiv Test Center in Klettwitz for vehicle testing. This allows dynamic driving, that are independent of regular traffic. Consequently, vehicles can be used under realistic or extreme conditions and according to all requirements. Furthermore, the Chair of Automobile Engineering and the AMFD have the opportunity to use other test tracks for vehicle testing in the region of Dresden.
