LKT @ SIMVEC 2018
On 20 and 21 November 2018, the 19. VDI-Kongress "SIMVEC - Simulation und Erprobung in der Fahrzeugentwicklung" took place in Baden-Baden. At the conference with international participants, our scientific staff also contributed lectures.
Dr. Kay Büttner addressed the challenges of planning and developing our research center in his lecture "Systematics for the design of test fields under consideration of virtual validation methods".
Tobias Rinnert presented a "3-pillar approach to assessing vehicle and traffic safety".
The "consistency between parameterization, validation and modular model structure for the simulation of driving dynamics and driving comfort" was the topic of Felix Kocksch's presentation.
And Thomas Thüringer presented the "Development of a new, more efficient testing methodology for ensuring the service life of elastomer bearings".
