Excursions
As part of the university curriculum, optional excursions are organized to selected manufacturers, suppliers, operators, and maintenance facilities in the rail vehicle technology sector, both in the region and abroad. Through concrete practical examples, the theoretical knowledge gained in lectures is made tangible and complemented by the expert insights and hands-on experience of professionals from industry and workshops.
Excursions usually take place during the lecture-free Pentecost week and are announced in advance during the courses. Alternatively, dates can be obtained from the chair’s office. For registration and further information, please use the OPAL-course.
