We are pleased to invite you to the Final REFLEX Stakeholder Workshop

Flexibility and Technological Progress in a Multi-Coupled European Energy System

taking place on 3^rd April 2019 in Brussels.

After almost three years of project duration we organize a public stakeholder workshop to present and discuss the main results of the REFLEX project with the European Commission and interested stakeholders. This afternoon event brings together representatives from policy, industry and science to discuss the need of flexibility in the future European energy system as well as potential flexibility options and market design requirements under consideration of technological progress and impacts on societal and environmental life cycles. The topic will be addressed in keynote presentations and a panel discussion with the following energy experts:

• Benoît Revaz (requested), Director at Swiss Federal Office of Energy (BFE)
• Dr. Andreas Zucker (confirmed), Policy Officer at Joint Research Centre (JRC), European Commission
• Prof. Dr. Thierry Coosemans (confirmed), Director EVERGi at MOBI – Mobility, Logistics and Automotive Technology Research Centre, Vrije Universiteit Brussel
