Distinguished Research Fellows 2021: Award Winners and Award Ceremonies
In September 2020 the Faculty of Business and Economics started the Distiguished Research Fellowship Program which aims to foster innovative ideas and initiate exciting, vibrant research collaborations with internationally renowned scholars have no recent collaboration history with members of the faculty. In February 2021 an external selection committee, consisting of four internationally recognized scholars from the fields of business informatics/information systems, business administration, and economics selected the Distinguished Research Fellows 2021.

The Distinguished Research Fellows 2021 are:
- Michalis Drouvelis, Professor of Behavioural Economics at the University of Birmingham
- Julia Kotlarsky, Professor of Information Systems at the University of Auckland Business School
- Piyush Sharma, Professor of Marketing at the Curtin University Perth
- Ramteen Sioshansi, Professor of Integrated Systems Engineering at the Ohio State University
